How to use the Mortgage Repayment Calculator
Simply enter the amount you wish to borrow in the "Amount" box, the yearly interest rate into the "Interest Rate" box, and the number of years the mortgage will last in the "Years to Repay" box.
Once all the information has been entered, click on the "Calculate!" button, and the monthly repayments and total amount repayable will be displayed on the right hand side.
Please note that this is only an estimate, and is based on a fixed interest rate for the whole term of the mortgage. Also note that the calculator may not be able to provide answers to all situations - particularly large interest rates can prevent a solution from being found.
